November's Theme at the Flint Children's Museum: Mooola, Moola.Money may not grow on trees, but kids can create their own currency and make recycled piggy banks at the museum! Each week, tellers will visit our "mini-bank" to help kids open a real savings account through the Moola Moola Program!

Coming in December to the Children's Museum: Construction Junction: Construction Junction what's your function? Building with blocks and taking apart things! Some of the most popular programs, Take Apart and Found Art, will be returning in December!

Now playing at the IMAX in Grand Blanc: Madagascar Escape 2 Africa! Also playing at the IMAX: Fly Me To The Moon!

Now playing at the Longway Planetarium, the largest planetarium in Michigan! The Little Star that Could, Saturdays and Sundays at 12:30 p.m. See the characters come alive as the different colored stars of the nighttime sky and the planets of the Solar System. Recommended for families with children 4-9 years old.

Also playing at the Longway: Journey to the Edge of Space and Time, Saturdays and Sundays at 3:30 p.m. This dynamic show takes the audience on a journey to super massive black holes, giant galaxy clusters, the universe's earliest moments and even to parallel universes that challenge the imagination. Recommended for adults and children 10 and up.

And you won't want to miss a returning favorite: Digital Amusement Park. November 28, 29, 30 at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Join us for this internationally award winning special effects show where you will experience virtual reality type amusement park rides including a Ferris Wheel, scrambler, and several roller coasters! Fo general audiences of all ages.

Coming in December to Flint Youth Theatre: Reminiscing with Anna, December 5-20. An intimate and nostalgic look through one woman's scrapbook of the ninety years of her life. Also in December: Beatrix Potter's The Tailor of Gloucester, December 19. This enchanting holiday classic tells the story of how natural enemies can become steadfast friends.

For adults and older teens: A Dublin Carol, on December 14. On Christmas Eve, John's daughter who he hasn't seen in years tells him the wife he abandoned is dying and wants to see him.

Coming in December: Christmas at Crossroads Holiday Magic:
This holiday fantasyland features thousands of sparkling lights and Michigan’s most spectacular moving light display, the Huckleberry Railroad. The entire village is aglow with colored lights and more lights decorate the railroad’s locomotive, coaches and trackside displays. Costumed villagers prepare for the holiday season in the village’s homes and shops.

Christmas at Crossroads Holiday Magic opens for the holiday season the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 28 at 4:00 pm.  Opening night festivities include fireworks, live music, craft for kids, model train display, wandering elf and reindeer, and lighting of the magnificent tree of lights.
